Monitor systems, mitigate risk. Improve processes, and resolve coding, testing, and platforms issues. Review components, initiatives on selected domains, requirements, and confer with stakeholders, production support, and platform engineering teams.

Analyze Keep/Drop, and perform estimation, retrofitting. Maintain functional/technical specifications, troubleshoot problems, analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate unit testing and validation plans. Use Peoplesoft Financial applications, eProcurement, Peoplesoft Application Designer, Peoplesoft Application Package development, People Code, Web Service interfaces, Oracle, SQL Server, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Exadata, XML, Data Mover, PS Query, SQR, BI Publisher, Asp.Net. 40 hrs/wk.

Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience performing testing, unit testing, retrofitting; developing engines, scripts, stored procedures; reviewing requirements; maintaining functional/technical specifications; troubleshooting; using Peoplesoft, Peoplesoft Application Package development, People Code, Oracle, SQL Server, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Exadata, XML, Data Mover, PS Query, SQR, BI Publisher, Asp.Net.
